FoxBurner SDK License for Content (Re-) Sellers

This new license model was initiated for those software or rather business models that distribute software for free and generate revenue by selling content. The functionality and limitations are the same as in the Standard license except for distributing the software freely in conjunction with a depending service.

Although, all license models are not subscription licenses, you can use the SDK after the subscription has expired! You simply do not get any updates and support anymore, in case you do not renew your subscription.

SDK Package
FoxBurner SDK
The FoxBurner SDK with the following modules: DLL, ActiveX, .NET DLL and VCL Wrapper.
All Updates
FoxBurner subscription customers will get updates for the SDK free of charge during the subscription period.
12 Support Tickets
The subscription also includes 12 support tickets. These can be used during the subscription at any time. If you need an additional tickets, you will get a 25% discount on the regular support ticket prices.
 
Limitations
All products that contain parts of the SDK must be sold under your name only. Products sold under another name, e.g. a publisher’s name, need to get their own license by the third party. The license is non-transferable.
You are not allowed to use this license in a product that is a part of a OEM deal, i.e., it may not be sold as a part of a hardware and/or software package. The license may not be used in products that run on an embedded system.
You may not use the license in products that are shipped with an operating system, or are a part of it, or are part of any updates thereof. Futhermore, it is not allowed to develop your own SDK or extend an existing SDK with it.
This license it limited to one project/ software product. Data compression / encryption and BluRay features may not be used.
